The Vizbl AR Viewer does not transmit camera frames from the End User's device to our servers.
We use personal information to operate the Platform, authenticate users, process payments, respond to support requests, secure our systems, comply with the law, and improve our services.
We share personal information only with: (a) our hosting and infrastructure providers under written contract; (b) payment processors; (c) authorities where required by law; and (d) parties to a corporate transaction (subject to confidentiality).
We do not sell personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@vizbl.com.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Platform and meet legal obligations. After cancellation, account-level Content is retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless retention is required by law.
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest for stored Content, role-based access control, audit logging and operational controls modeled on SOC 2 Type II.
Personal information may be transferred to the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
