We're a small, senior team in Pasadena and around the world, shipping production AR for retail. We're hiring engineers, 3D artists, designers and a marketing team, to take what already works for thousands of customers and put it on every product page on the internet.
Every retailer with a physical product faces the same gap: photos and videos can't tell the customer how the thing actually fits their space, body or life. That's why returns are 30% on furniture, 25% on apparel, and AOV on big-ticket items is depressed across the board.
Vizbl solves it with a single 3D + AR layer that runs everywhere, Shopify, WordPress, native iOS/Android, App Clip, iPad showroom apps, construction sites, dealerships. Same model, every surface. The AI does the boring parts (compression, materials, body-pose), the customer just sees the product in their world.

Every team merges to main and ships at least once a week. No long-lived branches. No "release trains". If a feature can't ship in a week, we cut scope.
Every non-trivial feature starts with a one-page brief, problem, user, the 80% solution. Brief gets reviewed before code.
Engineers don't get tickets thrown over a wall. You own a surface end-to-end: design intent, shipping, instrumentation, customer feedback loop.
Everyone, engineering, design, 3D, ops, joins at least one customer call per quarter. You hear them in their own words, not a PM's summary.
Meetings are the exception, not the rhythm. Most decisions happen in writing on Slack/Notion. Calls are reserved for kick-offs, ambiguity and pairing.
HQ is at 155 S. Fair Oaks Ave, Suite 1005. Most engineering and 3D roles are remote-first across NA/EU time zones. Senior leadership rotates through the office.
Boring on purpose, the upside should come from the work and the equity, not perks-as-substitute-for-pay.
