Vizbl Systems, Inc. respects intellectual-property rights and expects users of the Platform to do the same. This Policy explains how to submit a complaint and how Vizbl responds.
This Policy applies to all content and assets made available through the Platform, including product images, product listings, 3D models, AR assets, CAD-derived assets, previews, thumbnails, renderings, catalog assets, trademarks, logos, trade dress, and other product-related materials.
To report alleged infringement, send a written notice to our designated agent at copyright@vizbl.com containing:
Knowingly submitting a false notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
If your content was removed in response to a notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to copyright@vizbl.com with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Vizbl will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
Trademark complaints are handled following the same process. Notices should identify the registered or common-law mark, the registration number (if any), the goods or services covered, and the asset or listing you believe is infringing.
