1. Scope
This AUP applies to all use of the Platform, including websites, AR viewers, 3D viewers, APIs, SDKs, integrations and any associated services operated by Vizbl Systems, Inc.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Platform to:
- (a) violate any law, regulation or third-party right;
- (b) upload, publish, host or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful;
- (c) infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity or privacy right;
- (d) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- (e) introduce malware, viruses, worms, time bombs, ransomware, or any other malicious code;
- (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
- (g) probe, scan, test or interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Platform.
3. AI, AR, 3D and Visualization Restrictions
You may not:
- (a) misrepresent the appearance, dimensions, materials or fitness of a product through manipulated 3D or AR content;
- (b) use the Platform to mislead End Users about safety, certifications, regulatory compliance, sizing or functionality;
- (c) generate or publish 3D or AR content that depicts protected persons without consent;
- (d) build deepfake content of real individuals;
- (e) use the Platform to circumvent age, content or jurisdictional restrictions of any storefront;
- (f) train competing AI/3D systems on outputs generated by the Vizbl Platform;
- (g) re-host or redistribute Vizbl-rendered content on networks where Vizbl is contractually or technically restricted from operating;
- (h) access, view, copy, download, extract, scrape, reverse engineer, capture, reproduce, redistribute, or misuse any 3D model, AR asset, product visualization, CAD-derived asset, preview, thumbnail, render, catalog asset, or other digital asset except as expressly authorized by Vizbl or the applicable rights holder.
You may not use bots, scripts, browser tools, developer tools, scraping tools, extraction tools, automated systems, circumvention methods, or technical workarounds to obtain, copy, download, extract, reverse engineer, or reproduce any content or asset from the Platform except as expressly authorized.
4. Automated access
You may use our public APIs subject to documented rate limits and authentication. You may not use unauthorized automated tools — including but not limited to scrapers, headless browsers, and reverse-engineered API clients — to access content or services on the Platform.
5. Enforcement
Vizbl may investigate suspected violations and take any action it considers appropriate, including issuing warnings, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting activity to law enforcement.
